Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MobileCraft ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MobileCraft provides an AI-powered platform for generating mobile application user interfaces and design flows. Our Service includes web-based tools, AI generation capabilities, code export features, and Figma integration.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

MobileCraft offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited AI credits and features for trial purposes
  • Pro Plan: $49.99/month with enhanced features and AI credits
  • Power Users Plan: $99.99/month with advanced features for teams

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. AI Credits and Usage

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits. Credits are used when generating designs, enhancing prompts, and using AI features. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the designs, prompts, and content you create using MobileCraft. By using our Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: MobileCraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MobileCraft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Service
  • Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights

8. Export and Integration

MobileCraft allows you to export your designs as code (various formats) and to Figma. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of exported content complies with all applicable licenses and third-party terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MobileCraft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
